Accelerate Learning Health Systems with BPM+ Health
Through collaboration with our partners at HL7, our next face-to-face Workshop will occur co-located with HL7's September Working Group Meeting in Baltimore, with BPM+ Health specifically meeting from Wednesday, September 21st through Friday, September 23rd.
Health Level Seven (HL7) is an accredited health standards development organization and the home for standards such as the broadly- adopted HL7 Fast Health Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification. Recently, it became clear that there is a strong interest in shared collaborative work and discussions making it a perfect opportunity to co-locate events.
From the BPM+ Health community perspective, we are looking at having our typical two-day meeting very similar to our usual approach. We are adding a pre-workshop day specifically targeting cross-over opportunities to collaborate with HL7. This will allow us to better understand what HL7 is doing that might relate to BPM+ Health, to educate and engage HL7 members raising awareness of our work, and to provide an "on-ramp" for HL7 members that elect to join BPM+ meetings Thursday/Friday. Additionally, we plan to offer the ½ day "Jumpstart" tutorial at no cost. A more detailed agenda is forthcoming.
To register for the BPM+ workshop please choose the 2022 September 17-23, HL7's Connectathon and WGM event and proceed with registration as a BPM+ member ($500). If you would like to attend HL7 sessions, you may do so at an additional cost.
